By submitting this offer, you understand and agree to the following:
1. Sending this offer does not guarantee your booking; the Artist must first accept your offer.
2. If Artist accepts your offer and the show is confirmed, the confirmation is a verbal legal contract.
3. This offer is valid until you withdraw it, and you must give 48 hours notice to withdraw it, within which time the offer can be accepted and your deposit will be due.
4. If this is your first booking with PRISMA Artists, LLC, you will be required to pay a 100% deposit upon confirmation. If the show is 30 days or less from offer date then 100% of fee is due on confirmation.
5. Please note Prisma Artists charges 10% booking fee that is NON-REFUNDABLE once booking has been confirmed and accepted by both Artist and Promoter.
6. Please be advised that show can not be announced or advertised without deposit. You will have 7 days from contract issuing to make that deposit.
7. Any cancelations including unexpected Covid-19 restrictions will have the following guidelines: A. Any non-refundable travel costs will be covered by promoter and are non transferable B. 50% of total show cost will be retained if and only show reschedules within a 6 month time frame otherwise fee will be returned less booking fee.
8. Any cancelations on & around NYE for any reason whatsoever will be subject to 50% cancelation fee and non refundable if cancelled within 7 days of show.
9. Announce/Social Media: Artist will announce via website and Social Network sites in a way that is typical to Artist. No commitment on any number/frequency of posts.
